Prep Time: 25 min. Start to Finish: 1 Hr. 10 min. Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla;beat until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt;gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in white chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking; flatten upon cooling.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4-1/2 dozen cookies.
